Licences are handled by the Department of Road Transport and Safety (DRTS).
Learner's licence: book and write the theory test at a DRTS office. Bring your Omang.
Driving test: book it at DRTS once you've practised with your learner's licence.
Renewals and replacements are done at DRTS offices too.
